Call Glenn Gidseg at 954/363-1011. The cost is $400.00 per night, Friday through Sunday only (1, 2 or 3 nights). Longer stays are negotiable. There is a $200.00 nonrefundable deposit. The balance will due at time of arrival in cash or traveler's checks. A credit card will be needed for damage deposit.

You are free to travel as you please. There's no charge for flying as long as you travel close to when I plan to leave. There's no extra charge for flying as it is offered as a convenience to you and is not included in the price of the vacation, nor is it commercial venture. The benefit of flying is that it takes only one hour vs three hours by car. It also allows you to spend another night in Marathon coming back Monday morning rather than having to fight the traffic on Sunday afternoon.

We will lend you a car at no charge. The car is not part of the cost of the stay and is lent to you on a noncommercial basis.

We will be glad to take you boating with us on our 27' World Cat. You can dive (with your own equipment), waterski, tube or just sightsee. These services are not part of the vacation cost and are offered on a noncommercial basis. If you want to fish, there are a number of commercial operations available to you.

We are offering all of the incidental services (swimming, flying, boating, automobile, etc.) on a noncommercial basis as they are not part of the rental package. The rent covers only the room. We have no commercial insurance for any of these activities. You will be required to sign a disclaimer and a hold harmless agreement if you choose to participate in any of these activities.

The pool is available for you use but you swim at your own risk. Any children under 12 must be accompanied by their parent at all times while in the pool area.

The only services covered by the rent is use of the suite downstairs and the grounds. The suite consists of a bedroom with a queen sized bed; a sitting/dining area with room for two foldout beds (included), a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave; and a bathroom with a shower. You are free to stroll the grounds and enjoy the dock.

You can bring your own boat on a trailer. There is a boat ramp available for you. The controlling depth at low tide is 3' so a practical maximum sized boat would be about 27'. Arranagements to keep the boat in the water during your stay might be available but are not guaranteed.

We will not rent to smokers.

Yes, in moderation. We are located in a residential neighborhood and need to be respectful of their privacy. You will be responsible for any damage or cleanup costs incurred, whether or not you drink.
